Trying to find someone who has ripped me off

What I need is information about how to find what his current address is and a land line telephone number. I think information should be available on the web, but all I have found are the normal people search engines. (http://www.theultimates.com/white/)
I don't really have much info on the guy. His name is Christopher Messer.
I have two addresses on him. One I think is a work address. I'm really not sure if either are current.

All I can say is give the info you have to the Tampa P.D. If he scammed you on the internet, there isnt much they can do, but if you talked about the deal on the phone at all, it's considered Theft and can be pursued. I dont know whay they cant do anything when its internet fraud, but they cant unless you used the phone or USMail.

I'd call the Tampa PD and tell them the situation and see if they can find him. Also, if it's a mailorder/internet fraud type thing, call the Post Office mail fraud investigators and the FBI's internet fraud investigators. Your tax dollars are paying their salaries, you might as well put them to work.

I didn't have much time to search, but Chadbourne Dr seems to be in both Carrollwood, FL and Tampa, FL. Both have the same zip code. What I thought was weird, is I was only able to find house numbers ending in odd numbers. Almost all registered addresses on that street are registered to people, not businesses, except for the # falling directly before the address you gave. Tampa and Carrollwood have the same zip code, and both have Chadbourne Dr with the building #s close to the one you posted.

Well, I bought a turbo kit and heads from him. It seemed as if everyone who had dealt with him previously on Turbomustangs was happy with him. I have received all the parts a couple of months ago except the intercooler and exhaust.

Those are all Fedex ground tracking numbers. 1 LARGE!! box with most of the
piping, 1 box with the heads / stud girdles, etc, 1 with the lower intake,
and another with the upper intake / turbo, misc, etc...

I threw in the stainless intake bolts, still have a bunch of miscellaneous
nuts and bolts to add to it...I screwed up and sent you my nuts and washers
for my head studs, if you could send those back sometime I would appreciate
it... regular mail is fine.

I have been pretty much harrassing this guy at work, by calling odd and end #'s at his work place and calling and emailing his boss etc.

it's sitting by his front door. Next thing you hear is that somebody broke into his house while he was at work and stole only the box sitting by the front door. I really hope it works out for you. I can sure find a lot of reasons to suddenly take a vacation to tampa.

Do you have a phone number for his office, or a direct line? I'd ask for one on the next e-mail. Sounds almost as bad as me trying to get my custom switch panel from California. The guy has it made, sent me pictures of it, just hasn't shipped it yet. I haven't lost any money on the deal like you have, but I've had several instances where I have to wait forever for products. It sucks.

I can't even remember what it was that i bought from him but it was like $40 or so. I would not believe a thing that he says. We e-mailed back and forth several times and the last time he sent me some made up shipping numbers that didn't even exist. I finally just gave up trying to contact him. I sent him a postal money order that was cashed as soon as he got it. Its hard to believe this same jackass is still doing this to people!
