This is better than winning the Lottery IMHO.

Last big lottery payout was over $165M before taxes...
That old rusted out collection isn't work a tenth of that. ;)
That being said, there were a few oldies in there I would not mind picking up and restoring.

I think I would be more excited... I know it's not worth 100's of millions, but I really really like older European cars (especially the long-nose coupes like the 250 GTO)

Old 365s in that condition can be found CHEAP... full restoration can be done for FAR south of $50k. :)

Wow... that made me all tingly inside...
Can you IMAGINE the feeling of opening that door for the first time and seeing all of that Steel????
I think it would be more exciting than winning the lottery because the excitement and surprise would last weeks as you finally discovered all of the little treasures that were buried within that place..

Exactly. Money is great, but finding all those cars is like stumbling on years and years of history.
I'd sell some of them to fund restorations on the others.

I like those old racecars. I think I'd rather find this than win the lottery.

That was awesome! some of those cars looked like they were in good shape. It would take you years to wash all the bird crap off so you could see what you really had. Wonder if he found the keys?

notice the four door 70-72 cutlass? Like the 356 and the lotus 7 but the rest, meh. When was it that a hurricane went through florida and knocked down a wharehouse wall and inside were a bunch of rare Ferrari's? I know there must be pics on the net somewhere.
Give me a 100mil and I'll enjoy building my own collection:) .
