Try compusa (is it still open?). I got a 1gb stick of ram for the laptop around Christmas for $50 less than Crucial was asking.

Agreed. But still I would just by it from newegg.com because your going to pay alot more at a store.
Are you wanting 2x512mb or just a 1gb stick?

Yea, i would try compusa. They are still open down here in huntsville. Also if you decide buying online would work, go to www.newegg.com (http://www.newegg.com) .
