Need a flat panel monitor....

Suggestions.. Something in the 21-22 inch range. I keep seeing Wide screen... dont necessarily have to have it.. but it would be ok.. I really need it for the room and weight savings on my desk. My current Viewsonic 20 inch CRT monitor weighs about 25 lbs..
