Nopi Knoxville

Any of you guys planning on going to Nopi Knoxville on July 7th & 8th?

I normally do but won't be this year. Be careful on hotels... Stay in the Turkey Creek area, not near the show!! I stayed at the Red Roof Inn right next to Famous Dave's. Go to Connor's for dinner, near the Target shopping area. :up:

Yeah, one car. To "make up for it" a procharged viper did some burn outs before the 240 did it's thing. :shrug:

I didn't go this year, but the show was better when they had it at Bristol... at least you could watch the races

I was a bit disappointed, but from what I've heard, it was better than last year.

last year wasn't good. It was fun when it was at the Bristol Motor Speedway so you could watch the drag strip and take pics like Bob-E did... but the problem there is NOWHERE to get out of the heat, blacktop parking, no trees or shade... and I think NOPI was run out of town by the Bristol police.
