Removing DualBoot control on startup

So today I bit the bullet and formatted my laptop so I could reinstall everything clean (after weeks of not being able to find a bug that was irritating the hell out of me).

Well all went great, then the first reboot. Comes up with a dual boot. Both of the options are for XP Pro. The first one is the current new good install. The second is the latent install originally from Dell.

How do I remove this?!

Right click my computer and go to properties.
Go to the advanced tab
Click "settings" under startup and recovery
Uncheck the box that says "Time to display list of operating systems"
