Say if I signed up for a site at home. If I logged in at work, would that site have my work IP too?

I dont care if work sees that I go to gayproncom and I dont care if gayproncom see that i visit there. I just want to have one ip ban at risk and not two. anonymizers are a no go. i'm sure they are definately blocked. i'll just troll at home.
