Okay guys I have some home videos I want to take from the video camera and put them onto my computer and burn that to a DVD. I have a cable that goes into S-Video on the camera and on the other side it has a yellow connector. I really dont know that much about this stuff so Id apreciate any help, I think i just need a connector to go from the yellow connector to the video card in my computer which is a nVidia GeForce2 MX200.

anyone??

Does your video card have s-video? Should be all you need. DL Msoft movie maker and you are set. You will also need to hook audio from your cam to the puter because s-video carries no audio.

Most video cards only output, not input svideo.

In the past i have used a Dazzle to capture VHS and burn the video to dvd.
