Anyone use Xbox 360 'Media Download Center'

I was searching to see if the 360 could play media from a remote PC and I came across this: http://www.xbox.com/en-US/pcsetup/alldownloads.htm

(I don't have a 360 yet.) Will this let you play media from your PC or is it just to transfer media to the 360? I'd like to be able to just stream MP3s or maybe videos over the network. Is that possible?

Yes, it will let you stream media from your PC without having to transfer it to your 360.

It will let you play MP3s and some video, i think only WMV files. It doesn't play divx or xvid or any of the other non-microsoft formats.

It only took a few minutes to convert..... I mean, it should only take a few minutes to convert the files to the .wmv format. :lol:
