1. Do LT's cause engine to run rich or lean?
2. Just had LT's installed and I think I have a leak. When shifting from 1st - 2nd and 2nd - 3rd I get a type of "snarly" (sp?) sound. Usually stops after car has been running for a while. Not sure if this is what happens with LT's as these are my first set.
NE 1 with additional information would be greatly appreciated.

1. Rich usually
2. Probably just extra noise from the headers. They aren't near as thick as the stock manifolds, so more noise transmits through them. My Mac longtubes were always noisy at the collector even when they weren't leaking. You should have a more raspy sound with the longtubes.

Thanks for the information. That's exactly where it sounds like it's coming from and my headers are MAC Ceramic LT's. U r da man!

My Bassani mid lengths are the same way. Every now and again it sounds like a leak at the collector but when I check it out it is always just fine.
