I have the same camera and love it. But don't ask me for advice, I'm just a point and click guy. :(

Just like Bob said, you just gotta click away. Ive been really working on it for over a year. I have a few that I feel are "great" shots. But thats me. Im ready to step up in cameras and try using a better one.

Same camera here also. I'm not big into taking pictures, so I just leave the dial on Auto. The only change I've made is setting the size to M2 and superfine resolution.

1 gig should do ya. I have 2, 2 gigs and a 1 gigger though. It's cheap enough.

Just a 1 gig. It'll hold I think 600+ HQ shots.

Yep, 1GB card should be fine. I have a 2GB card, and have came nowhere close to putting a gig worth of pics on it, even after forgetting to erase pics from one trip to the next. Actually, I'd get a 2GB card, just because the price will not be that much more than the 1GB card.

No tax and free shipping. You can search around and probably find it cheaper, as that was the first site I checked.

I use this 2GB SD Ultra II (http://www.sandisk.com/Products/Item(1164)-SDSDH-2048-901-SanDisk_Ultra_II_SD_2GB.aspx) mostly. I also have a 1GB SD Ultra II, and 5 standard SD 1GB cards. :)

For those that are looking, CC has the S5 IS on sale for $370 plus another 10% off with coupon code 8XA8HB3A73 via the web. So, $333 plus tax.

Newegg also has it for $346 with a carry bag and 1 GB of memory plus tax. Free shipping though.

Forgot to add, Dell has it for $340 and the S3 IS for $297.49, plus tax and probably shipping. Electronic Express also has the S3 for ~$299 on closeout.
