There's a show coming on tomorrow night. Since there have been so many topics on Photography floating around lately, I thought I'd post it in case anyone was interested.

I don't know if it will be worth watching, but I'm going to record it on the DVR and check it out later when I'm bored.

Comcast Channel: 213 (HGTV HD)

Times:
Friday 9-9:30pm
Sat 12-12:30am (morning)
Sat 9-9:30am
Sat 12-12:30pm
Sat 3-3:30pm
Sat 6-6:30pm

Show Title: Whole Picture

Description: "Architectural Photography", Tips on architectural images, including setting up shots and capturing small details. Also: fixing distortions caused by the lens.

Good tip. I was watching The Shot. Another idiot reality show, but they were using some bad ass Canon gear and uber-expensive lighting.

Where/when does that come on Bob?

I watched a few minutes of the show, and it seemed VERY basic for most of it; explaining SD cards and pixels, how 12Megapixels is better than 4MP. Also kept saying how it's "important to use the highest resolution your camera will allow" (duh?)

There were signs in the show with "TENNESSEE" and some buildings had a Tennessee flag on the side. It didn't look familiar, didn't seem like Nashville or Knoxville to me. They said it was "Downtown"

I wasn't really impressed with the pictures they were taking. Didn't really seem like stuff I'd blowup and put in my house.

Erin Manning was the "professional photographer" in the show - http://www.diynetwork.com/diy/press/article/0,,DIY_13703_4092534,00.html

They also did some computer editing on a Mac... way too basic. "Click on the negative magnifying glass to zoom out"

Yeah that show was pretty bunk. The Show was on VH1 and it is over. Not sure if they will be airing re-runs.

Is that the show that was supposed to be competing for the next big fashion photographer?
