I wish I could say that I snapped this pic, but I didn't. It was done by a local photographer. We restored the black Challenger at my shop to sell at the 2007 Scottsdale Barrett-Jackson auction. While the he was shooting the black car for the B-J catalog, I asked him to do the shot with my yellow car for use as a promo pic for the shop. The shot has not been photoshopped, it's right out of the camera!

Nice picture, and a great looking Challenger.

Since it appears you are into Mopars, do you know of anyone with a really nice '68 or '69 Charger for sale? I owned a green '68 back in high school, and I sure would like to add one to my collection.

I don't know of anthing other than an over priced 68 hemi project, I will keep my eyes open though, people come in and out of the shop all the time looking to buy / sell.

My uncle has a 69 Challenger T/A that could possibly be bought. He wants a Shelby...again.

Must be a rare preproduction version. :D 1970 was the first year for the E-bodies.

Are you planning on a new Challenger when they come out? :squint:

I appreciate that. What I really want is a finished car, needing little if anything done to it. I'm tired of restoring cars and spending 50-100% more than I thought it would take to do it, which is how it always seems to work out for me.

I'll still keep you in mind, someone could call tomorrrow looking to sell a done car.

I'll be waiting for the new model bugs to get worked out, and the prices to come down some. If the rumored convertible makes production, I'll most likely have to have one.
