I have a Minolta Maxxum 7D we bought a few years ago. It was a impulse buy so we didn't do much research. Dad insisted we needed to be able to use our Minolta 35mm lenses on our new camera. So we have a $600 dollar body and 80$ lenses. The lenses I have now are Quantaray 28-80mm 3.5-5.6 and 100-300mm 4.5-6.7. I started a thread awhile ago and some of you suggested I get a 50mm lense. I have taken some decent pictures but I would like to improve.
