We spent a little time kicking around some of the tourist traps in and around Chattanooga. Here are some shots from Ruby Falls...

And here are some from the Incline Railway and Rock City. Rock City didn't really impress us that much after having spent the previous day hiking around Fall Creek Falls. Man-made vs. Nature = Nature FTW.

Awesome and love the colors! Thanks for sharing! :)
Blue water? :ugh: Crystal and I are planning a trip down there in May. I'd like to see the inclined railway, but I dunno if its worth dragging Ethan around on it and the $40 ticket.

And finally, we spent the night at the Sheraton Read House hotel in downtown Chattanooga. Really neat place if you're into old historic buildings like we are. After dinner we decided to just walk around the hotel and shoot pics.
But first, the hotel brought us a nice bottle of merlot and some cheese and crackers to snack on. :yum:

And with flash...

I kind of like the one without the flash, honestly. I was tempted to do some post processing and brighten it up a bit but the more I looked at it, the more I liked it the way she shot it. :)

The water at Ruby Falls was au natural... just clear water. They use funky mood lighting in there that changes along with some music, so that gives it the blue cast in one of my photos. Man it was a bish getting good pics in there. High ISO + slow shutter = lots of post processing to bring it out. :meh:
The water at Rock City was definitely dyed green. We gave that a big :ugh: when we saw it too. I think Rock City would be a lot more fun with small children as they would be utterly fascinated by all of the passages, cracks and crevices to explore. We were ready to bail by the time we got halfway through it.

Good pics! Looks like fun, I thought Ruby Falls was a huge waste.
