nikkor 18-200mm glass anyone?

any thoughts on the nikkor glass 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6g ED-IF AF-S DX VR II ? I am looking for a good all around lens that is sharp with great color. I know it is not the fastest , but I plan on picking up another that is, for when it is needed. like maybe , the Tokina 11-16mm F2.8 , but havent really decided yet . Anyone shoot with the nikkor 18-200mm? Thanks for the comments. John

It's a great lens for walking around and not wanting to drag a tripod with you.
