I'd like to set up a DSM meet somewhere near franklin/ brentwood/nashville/ boro.....Anyone wanna help schedule a DSM Meet. I would like to see some local dsms & alot of them. light mods, no mods, high mods, whatever....

I dont think alot of the DSMs are running to make it to a meet. :shrug:

I'm planning a big meet for next month mid-end may for anyone. mainyl for Subarus, but everyone is welcome. You should come! No details at all right now, very raw. All I know is it'll be sometime late may.

That sounds like the deal! No Evos running?

I'll be there if the schedule permits, but evos aren't DSMs.

DSM = Diamond-Star Motors.

Evo= DM no star dude ;)

So if y'all don't mind a Mitsubishi coming that is not a Mitsu-Chrysler I'll be there.

Huh. I thought the Evo still had the three little Diamonds in a star configuration in the front grill. Oh well.

I'll probably be at the meet.

Yeah, they're really not, thank goodness. The branding "DSM" has been dead for almost ten years, and there is no Chrysler star or shared engineering in the Lancer Evolution VIII and IX with a near identical Plymouth or Dodge branded sister at all.

Please don't insult an Evo by calling it a DSM. I can say that because I had a DSM, and the best thing I ever did with that car was sell it. :)

Great, I'll try & make it.... Where are you thinking on having it. take suggestions anotherwise people will whine about it being too far away & not come. Try & make it to where everyone can maybe meet in the middle somewhere.
