Thanks yall

v6Monte I was on lunch today (the 3rd). Saw the flags while driving down the road and pulled in to pratice with the new wide angle lens. I could walk there if I were to walk about 1/4 mile out my front door  I may go back and shoot tombstones at dusk or dawn to see how the pics turn out.

Another I like that is not so cemetari'ish for monte.

Cool pics, drove by there today and noticed some people out there taking pictures.

Were you living out there when the tornado went thru? It looked awful with all those trees damaged and uprooted.

I am happy to see in the super over sensitive society we live in that we are allowed to honor the past. With so many peole wanting to hijack the confederate flag and claim it stands for hatered Im glad to see it flow to honor those who served. Up here in Clarksville, most my family is in Greenwood Cemetery, and it has several War of Northern Agression Vets in it. We also have a impressive statue in the cemetery honoring those who died. Some amazing pics.

Thanks for those words... I thought i'd get a little flack (Meanmustard) for posting the pics with the flags but I still think in today's socity that those vets should be honored as much as any others. Good to know that folks like you understand History and do not focus on the "hate".
