Just got my new struts in for the Sentra. Just wondering about the adjustments on them. Are the adjustments for compression, extention, or both?

if there is only one adjustment it's usually for compression and rebound together.

AGX adjust rebound only on the shock dyno:

I guess you could say that the compression (lower curve on trace) does adjust a tiny bit when you turn them up, but that isin't always what you want.

Wow, looks like there is not much adjustment either way. I would think if you adjust it all the way one way it would make a good diffrence. I guess not!

Mine have 4 settings (do they have 8 now!?) and I can definitely tell the difference between the stiffest and softest settings; car feels stock on the softest setting but is much tighter on the stiffest setting.

mines on a 240, 4 in the front 8 in rear. I love mine for the daily drive, not for a track car though. Ride on 3 in front and 3 in rear. Squats good but handles through the turns still.

Yep, 4 in front, 8 in back. I am more worried about daily driving/dead stop drag racing so I am trying to keep the front end from raising and the back end from dropping. I want my daily setup to also be good at the track without changing out parts(other than tires) or making any major adjustments. Thanks for the good info on this guys!
