View Full Version : Where to buy GM parts online?

I need a new rear fender liner (z06).

I ordered one from GM Parts Department.com for 71 bucks plus 14 bucks shipping. Today I get an email from the douchebag telling me it is an oversize part that will require 150 for shipping. Like hell. I have shipped enough stuff to know that a floppy fender liner weighing in at a bulky 4lbs will NOT cost $150.00

Where can I get a genuine GM part without going to a damn dealer? I tried GMpartsonline, but the part number isn't the same as everywhere else and the pic doesn't match with the part I need.

you could try http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/ or I know there's a dealership in Florida that sells stuff cheaper than gm parts direct and I think they are a sponser on LS1tech but I can't remember or find the place right now...

I use GM parts direct a lot, but their shipping and handling charge gets high sometimes.

I also use Gene Culley.

Another option is Fichtner chevrolet. They have good online parts sale support. (http://www.shopgmparts.com/) Sorry for the screwed up text, I pasted it in.

Another vote for Fitchner Chevrolet. Tell them you a Corvette Forum member and you will get reduced parts pricing. They beat any other on-line price I could find, after shipping was added in.
